Coiled Spring Pins from PRYM-Inovan

Coiled Spring Pins, from PRYM-Inovan, consist of 2 1/4 coils of spring steel or stainless steel and have swaged chamfers at each end. They are designed for plain drilled holes, but countersinking makes insertion easier.

There are two strength duties available.Coiled Pins in Standard duty are preferred for most applications, but Coiled Pins in heavy duty are recommended for applications in hardened steel components where maximum shear strength is essential.

Coiled Pins are made to the following standards: -

Coiled Pin ISO 8750; Standard Duty (stocked)
Coiled Pin ISO 8748; Heavy Duty (stocked)

Coiled Pins are available in: -

Spring Steel - CS 67 / DIN 17222, hardened and tempered to HV 420-520
Stainless A2
